Polina's pick (original title: Como Agua Para Chocolate) ignites a fiery passion, terrible attempts at the Spanish language, and an explanation of magical realism. In addition to the film spoiling our “what happens after the movie” game, Diana was disappointed about the ending she was forced to accept. Despite that, both agreed the film was very enjoyable and could not stop praising the film's highlight: middle sister Gertrudis.
